Kasper Amby

Software developer and AI specialist with years of experience from agency and product environments. I build scalable platforms, combine agentic AI and ML — and use AI as a catalyst in everything I do.

My approach

AI in everything I do.
Not as a gimmick — as a catalyst.

I actively use AI in all parts of my work: idea development, programming and communication. It's not because it's trendy — it's because it drastically reduces the time from idea to product, and because it frees up mental capacity for the parts that truly require human judgement.

But it is essential that you are deeply immersed in it yourself. Only when you understand the limitations, the hallucinations and the possibilities first-hand can you guide others — and see precisely where it creates real business value versus where it is just noise.

That experience is what separates real AI advisory from buzzword consultants.

Idea Development

AI as a sparring partner to explore solution spaces, validate assumptions and think across domains faster than ever.

Programming

Code is written faster, reviews happen automatically and boilerplate disappears — focus shifts to architecture and business logic.

Communication

From technical specifications to client-facing communication — AI helps communicate clearly and precisely across audiences.

Core Values

Curious. Responsible. Secure.

I care about building software that holds up — technically, responsibly and long-term.

Security

Security-by-design from day one. OWASP, penetration testing and threat modelling are part of the process — not an afterthought.

Data Handling

I build systems where data is handled with care — minimal data footprint, clear access controls and deliberate choices about what is stored and why.

Responsible AI

I follow the development of AI regulation closely and am conscious of what it means for the systems I build — without promising more than I can deliver.

Curiosity

The best solutions arise when you dare to experiment. I continuously run side projects to stay sharp and discover new opportunities before everyone else.

Side Projects

Built out of curiosity.

Side projects are my laboratory. This is where new ideas are tested, new technology is learned and new markets are understood — without a client's deadline breathing down my neck.

Talks & Workshops

AI as a software developer.
How to get started.

I go out and give talks and hands-on workshops for development teams who want to understand how AI concretely changes the way you write, review and architect code — not abstractly, but with real tools and workflows from the real world.

The goal is to set direction and give the team a shared starting point: what makes sense to use AI for, what doesn't, and how you build a culture where it becomes a natural part of everyday life — rather than something each individual experiments with alone.
